Camp Kainos

Camp Kainos delivers a traditional camp experience to campers from grades 2-12.  We desire that each Kainos camper is afforded the opportunity to participate in a wide range of games and camp activities, all while in the context of healthy relationships in their cabin group.  Within this context of fun and friends, biblical truth is shared by the counselor that is appropriate for the age of the campers in attendance.

Teen Camp

Grades 10-12

Teens will enjoy two expeditions during the week. Early in the week, we will spend the day at Shawnee State Park. Later in the week, we will load up the bus and take everyone to Ohiopyle State Park where there are plenty of options available. White Water Rafting on the Lower Youghiogheny is an option for those who are up to the challenge.  There is also the option of swimming in the refreshing waters of the river, going down the natural water slide, or just chilling at one of the ice cream shops in town.  Campers will also enjoy a wonderful 4th of July Fireworks celebration.  Just like the other weeks, we will help campers discover the Word of God with in depth Bible Studies.

It is a great week filled with old friendships, new friendships, games, activities, and life changing Cabin Bible Studies. Don’t miss out on this exciting week of camp.

Kids will have loads of fun as they participate in a wide variety of games and camp activities, such as Capture the Ball, Persecution, Nature Hikes, and a wild ride down our water slide. Every afternoon, each camper will take part in the Cabin Bible Study, led by their cabin counselor. Each day will begin with a time of devotions and each day will end with a time of worship, a message from God’s Word provided by one of the staff, and a special time of prayer and devotions led by the counselors.
