Todd & Kim Donaldson - [E-mail Todd]
Todd grew up in East Asia, the son of missionaries with OMF (Overseas Missionary Fellowship). Most of his time was spent in Thailand. After returning to the States and graduating from High School in South Carolina, he studied Physical Education at Troy State University, AL.
After graduation, he began working at Ida Lee Recreation Center in Leesburg, VA. This is where he met Kim. Kim grew up in the United States living in Arizona, Oklahoma, New Jersey and Virginia due to numerous transfers for her father's employment with the US government. She graduated from high school in Manassas, VA. She then headed to the University of Virginia and spent 6 years there, earning a BSEd. in Sports Medicine and a MEd. in Exercise Physiology. Following college, she began to work at Ida Lee too. After a 10 month missionary apprenticeship in Thailand with OMF, Todd returned to the States. We were married on October 4, 1997 and began our ministry at New Life Bible Camp just a week later. We have five wonderful children, Timothy, Bailey, Abigail, Chloe, and Quincy. Our family loves camp! The wide open spaces allow our family to enjoy wooded forests, fishing on the pond, our miniature pony, the camp horses, the tree fort, and many other camp 'amenities' that many other kids would love to have in their backyard. Our children are homeschooled by the world's best teacher, Mommy! We love the literature we read and the flexibility to school around the crazy camp schedule.

Zach Weaver & Megan Appel - [Email Zach]
Zach grew up in Statesville, NC. His family moved to western New York December of 2013. In January of 2014, Zach met Megan while his family was visiting her church. God brought their paths together which continued throughout college as they both graduated from Appalachian Bible College, WV. Zach graduated with a dual degree in Bible/Theology and Camp Ministry while Megan graduated with a dual degree in Bible/Theology and Missions. They will get married March 16, 2019. During college, Zach heard about New Life Bible Camp's adventure program from a fellow student. Zach continued to stay open to whatever God would have for him to do. A year later God crossed Zach's path with New Life's camp director, Todd Donaldson, at a camp conference in PA. After talking with Todd for hours over several days of the conference Zach left the conference excited and convicted about going to New Life. Megan grew up in Delevan, NY being involved with the church her Dad pastored. She also grew up going to camp, enjoys working with kids, and ministering to people. New Life seemed to be a perfect fit for them and after praying about it and visiting the camp multiple times they are now in the process of raising full time financial support to work with New Life's Adventure Program. Zach and Megan have a passion to use adventure such as camping, rock climbing, caving, rappelling, and rafting for spiritual impact! Adventure experiences pull a person out of their comfort zone providing amazing opportunities to use it for God's glory! Zach also enjoys working with his hands maintaining facilities, equipment, and gear. Megan and Zach are excited to be a part of the staff at New Life serving God through adventure!.
